What happens to a message you send through this site.
Who is responsible
Kaveh Aidivandi, who runs this site. You can reach me through the contact form on the main page.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. There is no account, no sign-up, and nothing is collected in the background.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you chose to send — there is no marketing, no profiling, and no automated decision-making.
Who else sees it
Two service providers, both necessary for the site to work:
- A form-handling service receives your message and forwards it to my inbox. It stores it so I can read it.
- A hosting provider serves these pages. Like any web server it processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page.
Neither is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared for anyone else's purposes.
How long I keep it
For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and no longer. If nothing comes of it, I delete it. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to switch off.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive it in a portable format, or object to me holding it. Ask through the contact form and I will act on it.
If you are not satisfied with how I have handled it, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Elsewhere
This site links to DarnerX. Once you follow that link you are on someone else's site, subject to their privacy policy rather than this one.
Changes
If what this site does with data changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 15 September 2026.
